No Gi All-Levels
Moderate paced class consisting of warmup, instruction, drilling and sparring suitable for students of all levels.
Students should have a basic understanding of stance and motion, the positional hierarchy, BJJ terminology, the elbow escape from mount to closed guard.
Students who are just starting out will be taught a very specific technical progression designed to accelerate their progress in the initial stages as fast as possible
