Our students are not breaking boards or holding poses and told this will help against a bully in the school yard. Jiu Jitsu teaches positional dominance versus a live opponent. Our program will give your kids the skill set and confidence to assert themselves, so they can walk through the halls of their school KNOWING no one can hurt them physically or mentally.
Nothing in life worth having comes without hard work. This is a principle we stress on a daily basis and it is reinforced through every aspect of our program. Our students have to earn their rank, and you never have to pay for it.
Unfortunately in our current generation, bumping into each other on the schoolyard has become a “nuclear event”... Our program gets kids comfortable with physical interaction and addresses the basic adolescent need for kids to wrestle.
Whether it's to get in their push-ups and pull-ups before catching the bus in the morning, or to abstain from physical conflict when possible at school, our students can confidently rely on their own judgment because it’s reinforced by clear, guiding principles our coaches and role models instill in them everyday.

“We could not be more happy with the whole program…[Our kids] really respond to the discipline/team environment. We’ve tried a bunch of sports over the years and this is the first one there’s no gripping about going to practice!”
Assistant Coach to Tiny & Lil Ninjas Programs

ON HER CLASSES
My approach to coaching the kids is to facilitate an environment that motivates them to work hard. BJJ demands disciplined effort if one is to make progress. Out of the discipline, children learn valuable lessons about such things as humility, self-control, and perseverance in the face of hardship. I like to push the pace while still making it fun for the kids.
