7-12 y/o All Levels
Hi intensity, fast paced class, consisting predominantly of physical conditioning, situational and full sparring. Class is intended to build students’ mental and physical toughness and fine tune their live sparring skills in a more high pressure environment. Class combines students from advanced and beginner groups. An opportunity for newer students to see and feel in the more experienced students what they should aspire to, and an opportunity for the more experienced students to develop their leadership skills, hone their technique against lesser experienced students as well as push themselves to the limit with their peers.
