BJJ Fundamentals – Gi
Develop a Rock Solid, Complete Foundation FAST.
60-75 minute Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class in the gi. utilizing Coach Jordan’s Proprietary Core Fundamental Curriculum developed to teach novice students basic takedowns in the Gi, an understanding of the positional hierarchy, the fundamentals of positional advancement, defense, and escapes, as well as the movements and transitions of central importance to controlling a resisting opponent on the ground.
Class consists of a 10-15 minute warmup, 30-45 minutes of drilled technique and 10-15 minutes of situational sparring.
