90 Minute fast paced training session consisting of warmup, drilling, situational sparring and full sparring from standing.
There are no specific techniques of the day. Drilling/sparring format will vary slightly from class to class.
Students should come with a takedown, guard pass, sweep, submission and back take in mind they want to work on. Coaches will float and tune up students’ technique on an individual basis.
Students should expect to push themselves, be pushed by the coaches and be pushed by their teammates to the limit. Students are expected to arrive on time and participate the entire training session.
